At 6-1/4 by 5-1/4 inches the LB-215 is the middle lion bouillon bowl, holding 15 ounces in a body wider across the handles than it is tall. The extra width over the LB-212 matters when the soup is finished with a crouton and a cap of gruyere, because there is more rim to carry the melted edge and less chance of it running down the outside.

Lion masks on both sides double as handles and as the reason this shape has stayed in service in diners and hotel kitchens for decades. Fifteen ounces is a soup-course portion rather than a tasting pour. Pair it with LB-15-LID if the service needs a cover, or run it open on a soup-and-sandwich board.
