Yanco JP-4031 Japanese Melamine 5" x 3-1/2" Double Divided Sauce Dish, 2.5 oz Each, Sand — Case of 48 (4 dz)

Two wells of two and a half ounces each in a five by three and a half inch rectangle: the JP-4031 puts soy on one side and wasabi or grated ginger on the other without the two running together. For a sushi cover that is the whole job, and it saves laying two separate dishes at every place setting.

The rectangular outline sits flush against the edge of a plate or along the side of a sushi board, which a round dish of the same volume will not do. Four dozen in a carton. Moulded melamine means the divider will not chip along its top edge, which is where a thin ceramic version of this dish gives way.
