Nanjing is Yanco's name for this round, slightly belled shape, and the JP-3004 is the smaller of the two it comes in. Four and a half inches across, holding eight ounces, it takes a single serving of steamed rice set to the left of a main plate, or a portion of pickles and cold sides put out at the start of a meal.
