Yanco JP-1508 Japanese Melamine 8" Triangle Sushi Plate, Sand — Case of 24 (2 dz)
The only triangular piece in the Japanese pattern, JP-1508 measures 8" and turns a plated starter into a composition — three pieces of nigiri along one edge, a mound of ginger in a corner, sauce in the opposite point. A triangle breaks up a table of rounds, which is why sushi bars keep more than one shape in rotation.
At 8" it matches the pattern’s 8" round plate on the long measure while offering considerably less flat surface, so a modestly sized portion still reads as full. Two dozen to the case, scratch- and break-resistant melamine, Sand with the abstract Japanese design, dishwasher safe.
