JP-1504 stretches to 10-1/4" by 4-1/4" — the longest of the three rectangular sushi plates in the Japanese pattern, and the one built for a full roll laid end to end with ginger and wasabi at one end. Despite passing ten inches on the long side it stays a sushi plate rather than a platter: about 44 square inches of surface, less than the 8" round offers, on a 4-1/4" width that is a per-diner format.

Two dozen to the case. The scratch-resistant melamine body takes the repeated chopstick and knife contact sushi service involves, and the Sand finish with its abstract Japanese print matches everything else in the line.
