Yanco JP-1028 Japanese Melamine 3-3/4" Sauce Dish, Sand — Case of 72 (6 dz)

A half-inch wider than the 3-1/4" dish, JP-1028 is the sauce round for anything thicker than soy: ponzu with grated daikon, a spoon of chili oil, tonkatsu sauce, or wasabi set beside ginger. The extra width also makes it the right landing for a single pickled vegetable served as a side.

Like the narrower dish it ships six dozen to the case, so a kitchen can run both widths on one order and let the size signal what is in them. Round, shallow and built from break-resistant melamine, it comes out of the dish machine unchipped, and the Sand body carries the abstract Japanese print used across the collection.
