Yanco HO-3703 Honda Melamine 3" Sauce Dish 3 oz, Three-Tone Green, Brown, Beige — Case of 72 (6 dz)

Three inches across and three ounces: the individual soy dish that goes down with every sushi or dumpling cover. Small enough to sit inside the rim of a larger piece when a table is tight, deep enough that vinegar and chilli do not slop over when the dish is passed along.

Six dozen in a case, matching the other high-turnover small pieces in the pattern. Green, brown and beige floral decoration, moulded in melamine, so a drop onto a tiled floor is an inconvenience rather than a breakage. Kept in a stack by the pass, these come out and go back without ceremony, which is the whole job of a condiment piece at this scale.
