Yanco HO-2404 Honda Melamine 4" Square Sauce Dish, Three-Tone Green, Brown, Beige — Case of 72 (6 dz)

A four-inch square dish for soy, ponzu, chilli oil or a dab of wasabi, set beside the main piece rather than on it. The square footprint is the point: squares line up tidily along a tray or a rail, and they do not roll when a bus tub shifts on the way to the pit.

Six dozen come in a case, which suits a sushi counter putting one or two down at every cover. The floral decoration in green, brown and beige ties it to every other piece in the Honda service, so a condiment dish does not look borrowed from another pattern.
