Nine and a half inches by eight and a quarter, with a well two and three-quarter inches deep holding ten ounces. It is a plate with coupe walls rather than a bowl, so the food is seen from above and framed by the flange, with enough depth to keep a sauce in place.

The deep well suits anything that moves: a poached pear in syrup, an affogato, a crumble with cream, a panna cotta that needs sauce around it. The flat flange outside the well gives a pastry section somewhere to place a tuile or a quenelle. Twelve plates to a case, microwave and machine safe.
