Eight inches across and three deep, thirty-six ounces. This is the smaller of the two Golden Coast serving bowls, sized for a side to be passed around a four-top: a vegetable, a grain, or a dressed salad for two or three.

Straight-sided and deep for its diameter, it holds heat better than a shallow vessel of the same capacity and will not slop when it is carried at arm's length over a full table. Thirty-six ounces divides into four generous portions once it reaches the table. Twelve bowls to a case; the glaze handles microwave reheating and commercial washing.
