Against the rimmed Golden Coast round of nearly the same size, a quarter inch narrower, this one reads cleaner and stacks tighter; the rimmed version holds a sauce better. Many houses carry both and use the coupe for dry plating. Thirty-six in a case, and safe in both the microwave and the dishwasher.
