A rectangle of eight and a half by five inches, with a three-quarter inch lip around the edge. Straight sides give a kitchen a different plating grammar from the Glory rounds: skewers lie along the length, three identical canapes line up without looking crowded, and a streak of sauce reads as deliberate rather than stray.

Small-plate menus, hotel amenity trays and sushi counters are the usual homes for it. Three dozen arrive in a carton, the same count as the Glory bread plate, so a room running the two together can order them in step. Speckled white porcelain with a tinted rim; cleared for dishwasher and microwave.
