The smallest of the five Glory round plates, this one measures six and a half inches across with a three-quarter inch upright rim. That rim is the detail separating the Glory rounds from a plain coupe shape: it rises rather than rolls, which gives butter, a crust of bread or a small side something to sit against.

Bread service is the obvious job, but the same footprint suits a portion of pickles, a wedge of cheese or an under-plate for a tasting glass.
