Yanco GG-513 Green Gem Chinaware 13-1/2" x 4-3/4" x 3/4" Rectangular Platter, Green — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Thirteen and a half inches long but under five wide, and three quarters of an inch tall. The proportions make this a runner rather than a tray: canapes in a row, a tasting flight, a line of nigiri, three desserts presented as a progression down the length of the platter.

A narrow board like this fits across the width of a banquet table between two covers where a squarer piece would not, and the low wall keeps the food looking presented rather than contained. At a little over a third as wide as it is long, it holds a slim profile on a crowded table. Two dozen to a case. Green-glazed chinaware, safe in the dishwasher and the microwave.
