Yanco GG-212 Green Gem Chinaware 12-1/4" x 8-1/4" x 1-1/4" Oval Platter, Green — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Twelve and a quarter by eight and a quarter inches of oval, walled an inch and a quarter. This is the size a whole grilled fish, a rack of lamb or a family-style vegetable course wants, and it is the format a dining room reaches for when a table of four orders something to share.

Eight and a quarter inches of width gives a cook room to fan slices across the platter rather than stacking them, and the oval outline keeps a carved item looking composed as it is portioned at the table. A dozen to a case suits a house holding a service set plus turnaround. Green glaze on chinaware, dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
