Yanco GB-8 Green Band Chinaware 9" Plate, American White — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Nine inches is the small dinner plate in Green Band, the one that goes out for a lighter entrée or a child's cover without looking under-filled. An inch deep, it ships twenty-four to the carton — half the count of the smaller rounds, and the first point in the line where case quantity steps down.

Operators running a nine inch cover alongside a ten and a half often buy both and let the kitchen choose by portion. Compared with the nine and three-quarter inch GB-9, this plate loses three-quarters of an inch of diameter and a quarter inch of depth, so it plates flatter and reads smaller under the same portion.
