The smallest of the three Green Band nappies: ten ounces in a five and a quarter inch bowl, an inch and three-quarters deep. A nappie is the workhorse round bowl of American foodservice — soup, chilli, oatmeal, a side of vegetables, ice cream — and three sizes let a kitchen match bowl to portion instead of over-filling or under-filling one.

This is the shallowest of the trio, which suits anything eaten with a spoon from a seated position. Step up to the GB-15 for twelve and a half ounces, or to the GB-18 for fifteen, if the portion outgrows it.
