Yanco GB-14 Green Band Chinaware 12-1/2" x 9" Platter, American White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Twelve and a half inches long, nine wide, an inch and a half deep — the deeper well is the whole point of this one. Where the shallower ovals below it hold a dry plated item, the extra half inch here keeps the juices of a roast or a braise away from the rim on the walk to the table.

Nine inches of width also means a carved portion can be fanned across the short axis rather than laid out lengthwise. It shares a twelve-piece carton with the GB-13 and GB-19, so an operator can mix oval sizes inside one order cycle without juggling different quantities.
