Yanco FU-903 Fuji Chinaware 3-1/2" x 2" Sauce Dish 1.5 oz, Bone White — Case of 48 (4 dz)

A small rectangular sauce dish, 3-1/2 inches long and standing 2 inches tall, holding 1.5 ounces. The height is what distinguishes it: a deeper well means soy can be poured generously without threatening the rim, and a slice of sashimi can be dipped at an angle rather than laid flat. It is the dish to set out when the sauce is the point.

Fuji's other 1.5-ounce dish, the FU-4046, reaches the same capacity in a wider and much shallower form, so a kitchen can pick between footprint and depth at the same volume. Four dozen to the case.
