Eight by four inches, the second step in the plain rectangular run and the appetizer size. The long, narrow face is the useful part: a row of three or four bites reads as a composed course in a way the same food never does on a round. The surface is flat with only the slightest lift at the edge, so a glaze or a reduction stays put without a well to hide it.

It is two inches longer than the FU-807 beneath it and two shorter than the FU-810 above, and all three are plates rather than serving pieces. Two dozen to the case, glazed bone white, dishwasher and microwave safe.
