Yanco FU-807 Fuji Chinaware 6" x 3" Plate, Bone White — Case of 36 (3 dz)

Six inches long and 3 across, this is the smallest plate in Fuji's 800-series rectangular run and squarely per-diner tableware: a two-piece nigiri service, a single pastry, an amuse with its sauce set alongside. The two-to-one proportion is the family signature, and at this size it leaves a clean margin of white around whatever is placed in the middle.

At six inches on its longest edge it stays firmly a plate, set in front of one diner rather than passed along the table. Three dozen to the case, which fits how many of these a tasting course needs at once.
