Yanco FU-609 Fuji Chinaware 9" Sheer Bowl 20 oz, Bone White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Nine inches wide, 20 ounces full, this is the largest of Fuji's three Sheer bowls. The extra inch over the FU-608 buys four more ounces, which is the margin between a single portion and a portion with a topping piled on it: a rice bowl with protein and pickles, a pho with the garnishes already in, a composed grain salad.

The thin raised wall is the family signature and it is at its most visible at this diameter, where the curve is long enough to catch the light along its whole run. A dozen to the case. Fuji's square bowls hold considerably more than this at a comparable width; the Sheer family trades volume for the thin silhouette.
