Yanco FU-412 Fuji Chinaware 12" Triangle Platter, Bone White — Case of 12 (1 dz)
Twelve inches on each edge, this is the largest triangle Fuji makes and the one that stops being tableware and starts being a server. A triangle at this width holds a surprising amount along each of its three sides, which suits a shared board of sashimi, a spread of dim sum, or a dessert course laid out for the table to divide between themselves.
It is two inches larger than the FU-410 and four larger than the FU-408, the two triangles beneath it in the same mold family. Those two are plates; this platter is the size at which the form stops being a cover and starts being the centre of the table. Twelve to the case, since it takes real shelf depth.
