Yanco FU-410 Fuji Chinaware 10" Triangle Plate, Bone White — Case of 24 (2 dz)
Ten inches across its longest edge, the mid triangle in Fuji's set is sized to hold a full plated course. It is a plate rather than a serving piece, and that is how it is used: in front of one diner, with a protein set against one corner and the garnish laid along the opposing edge. The three corners give a chef somewhere to place a sauce or a pickle that does not crowd the centre.
The long straight edges suit food that is plated in a line, so a cut of fish or a pair of lamb chops can be laid out rather than stacked. It steps up from the 8-inch FU-408 and stops short of the 12-inch FU-412, which is a serving size.
