Yanco FU-213 Fuji Chinaware 13" x 7" Oval Platter, Bone White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

A long oval platter for the hot side of the pass, the FU-213 runs 13 inches from tip to tip and 7 inches across the waist, giving the kitchen a shallow well that holds a whole grilled fish, a row of skewers, or a family-style portion of noodles without crowding the rim. Fuji is thrown in a magnesia-reinforced body, so the wall can be drawn this thin without turning brittle on a busy line.

It is the larger of the two ovals Fuji offers, two inches longer and an inch and a half wider than the 11-inch FU-211, which makes it the one to reach for when the oval has to carry a shared course rather than a single plated entree. The bone white glaze stays neutral under warm pendant light and reads clean next to the square and triangular pieces in the same line.
