Yanco FU-212 Fuji Chinaware 11-1/2" x 5-1/2" Rectangular Sushi Plate, Bone White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Eleven and a half inches by five and a half leaves room for a two-roll sushi order laid side by side, or one roll with nigiri and garnish arranged around it. This is the middle size of Fuji’s three rectangular sushi plates.

An inch and a half longer than the 10" version and a full inch wider, it has the width to hold two lines of food rather than one. The sushi name is the point of the piece and it remains a plate at this length, set for one diner at a counter rather than carried round a room. Twelve to a case, matching the 13-1/2". Bone white chinaware, microwave and dishwasher safe.
