Ten and a half inches long on four and three eighths of width makes a narrow serving rectangle — a bread stick server, a line of sliced accompaniments, a sauce flight, or a passed canapé tray for a small table.

Yanco’s sheet hedges between appetizer and dessert plate here, but an unresolved pair of names is not enough to overturn the length: past ten inches on the long axis with no settled single use, this is a platter, and it says so in every field. It runs two and a half inches longer than the 8" strip plate at a little over an inch more width, so the two work as a pair — the short one per cover, this one down the middle. Twenty-four to a case, microwave and dishwasher safe.
