Yanco FU-2108 Fuji Chinaware 8" x 3-1/8" Rectangular Plate, Bone White — Case of 36 (3 dz)

Eight inches long and barely over three wide, this is a strip plate — an appetizer format for two or three bites in a line, a single skewer, a spoon service, or a tasting course that wants a long tight frame. Twenty-five square inches of face is deliberately small.

The sheet offers appetizer or dessert; it is written here under one name, appetizer plate, rather than two in a single facet cell. The strip proportion is the point: three and an eighth inches reads as a line, so four of them can be set across a table without the covers touching. Thirty-six to a case. Magnesia-bodied bone white chinaware, microwave and dishwasher safe.
