Yanco FU-210 Fuji Chinaware 10" x 4-1/2" Rectangular Sushi Plate, Bone White — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Ten inches by four and a half is the classic sushi plate proportion, and this is Fuji’s standard version: a narrow rectangle that takes a six- or eight-piece roll end to end with room for ginger and wasabi at one end. Ten inches exactly on the long side keeps it inside plate territory, laid in front of a single diner.

Yanco’s sheet files it as a serving platter, which it is not — the width is too narrow to pass and the length is set by a roll, not by a table. Of the three rectangular sushi plates, which run 10", 11-1/2" and 13-1/2", this is the shortest and the only one cased twenty-four deep. Bone white chinaware, dishwasher and microwave safe.
