Yanco FU-1315 Fuji Chinaware 15-3/4" x 11" Rectangular Display Platter, Bone White — Case of 6

At fifteen and three quarter inches by eleven, this platter carries more serving surface than any other piece in the Fuji collection — a hundred and seventy-three square inches, enough for a full carving presentation, a large shared main, or the centre platter of a buffet station.

Eleven inches of width is what separates it from the longer 18" platter, which reaches further but runs only eight and a half across; this one trades length for a field. Six to a case, and at this size a kitchen is usually buying two or three rather than a dozen. Bone white chinaware with the plain face the collection keeps at every size, dishwasher and microwave safe.
