Yanco FU-1314 Fuji Chinaware 13" x 6-1/2" Rectangular Display Platter, Bone White — Case of 6

Thirteen inches long on six and a half of width is an exact two-to-one rectangle, built for items set in a row. Skewers, a sushi line, a flight of small desserts, three canapés with space between them: anything that reads left to right instead of filling a field.

Against the thirteen-inch platter of the same length it gives up width to gain that narrow proportion, which also means it fits a pass or a bar rail a wider platter will not. Eighty-four and a half square inches of face comes to just under three quarters of its wider twin’s. Six to a case. Magnesia-bodied bone white chinaware, safe in the microwave and the dishwasher.
