Yanco FU-1313 Fuji Chinaware 13" x 9" Rectangular Display Platter, Bone White — Case of 6

Thirteen by nine inches gives a hundred and seventeen square inches of serving surface, and that near three-to-two proportion suits a layout that spreads rather than runs: a cheese board, an antipasto arrangement, a selection of desserts set out in two or three ranks.

It shares a thirteen-inch length with the FU-1314 and carries two and a half extra inches of width, which is the whole difference between the pair — one is a field, the other a line. Six to a case rather than twelve, reflecting the shelf depth a platter this broad needs. Bone white chinaware, dishwasher and microwave safe.
