Yanco FU-1311 Fuji Chinaware 11-1/4" x 7" Rectangular Display Platter, Bone White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Eleven and a quarter inches long by seven wide, this is the second step in Fuji’s display platter series and the first to cross eleven inches. One extra inch over the 10-1/4" at identical width turns a share plate into a server for three or four small courses laid in sequence.

Rectangular serving pieces hold a line better than ovals do, and at this size the straight edges let two platters butt together on a buffet to read as a single surface. The case quantity drops to twelve here, which is where Fuji’s larger formats settle. Magnesia-bodied chinaware with the collection’s plain undecorated face, bone white, and safe in the microwave as well as the dishwasher.
