Yanco FU-1310 Fuji Chinaware 10-1/4" x 7" Rectangular Display Platter, Bone White — Case of 24 (2 dz)

The shortest of Fuji’s rectangular display platters at ten and a quarter inches by seven, this is a compact serving rectangle — a share plate for two, a bread service, a sushi set for one, or a composed starter that wants straight edges around it.

Seven inches of width is generous against that length, so the piece holds a portion rather than a line of items, which is a different job from the long narrow rectangles further up the series. Past ten inches on the long side it is a serving format rather than a cover, and Yanco’s own item type agrees. Twenty-four to a case is the deepest quantity in the display run, because the small size is the one in constant use. Bone white chinaware, dishwasher and microwave safe.
