Yanco FU-109 Fuji Chinaware 9" Square Sushi Plate, Bone White — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Nine inches square is a full plate: an entrée portion, a two-roll sushi order with garnish, or a composed appetizer that needs negative space around it. This is the point in the square sushi run where the case quantity drops from thirty-six to twenty-four.

Yanco’s sheet hedges between salad and dessert plate at this size. Squared off, the usable face comes to eighty-one square inches against roughly sixty-four for a nine-inch round, because corners add area a circle has not got, so it carries a portion closer to what a dinner plate holds. The run reaches from 4-1/2" up to 12" and this is the last size below the ten-inch line. Twenty-four to a case, microwave and dishwasher safe.
