Yanco FU-108 Fuji Chinaware 7-1/2" Square Sushi Plate, Bone White — Case of 36 (3 dz)
Seven and a half inches of square face gives room for a six-piece roll laid out in a line, a salad course, or a dessert plate on a Japanese menu. It is the second of the five square sushi plates and the largest of them still cased thirty-six deep.
Flat construction with a shallow lip means food reads edge to edge rather than pooled in a well, which is what this design is for — a plate that frames rather than contains. Against the 9" square it gives up an inch and a half of reach but keeps the same case quantity as the 4-1/2", so a kitchen can buy both small sizes in matched numbers. Bone white chinaware, dishwasher and microwave safe.
