Yanco FU-009 Fuji Chinaware 9" x 3-5/8"H Square Bowl 72 oz, Bone White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

This is the deep end of Fuji’s square bowls: nine inches across, three and five eighths tall, seventy-two ounces to the rim. That is family-style volume — a whole braise, salad for four, a pho portion with room for noodles and broth together.

Nothing else in the collection carries this much. The next largest fill in Fuji is the 7" square bowl at thirty-six ounces, exactly half of this one, so the FU-009 does work no other piece in the pattern can be asked to do. Twelve to a case reflects both the shelf it eats and the fact that most kitchens buy one or two service bowls per station rather than a rack of them. Microwave and dishwasher safe.
