Yanco FU-004 Fuji Chinaware 4" x 1-3/4"H Square Bowl 8 oz, Bone White — Case of 36 (3 dz)

A four-inch square well with an eight-ounce fill, the FU-004 covers the ground most kitchens give to a ramekin: dipping sauce for tempura, a scoop of pickled vegetables, a wasabi and soy pairing beside a sushi order. Walls only an inch and three quarters tall keep it low enough to tuck inside a larger plate rather than crowd it.

Square corners read as deliberate next to Fuji’s round rice bowls. The 4" round FU-804 covers the same tabletop footprint but takes only five ounces, so this one gives three ounces more fill for the same reach across a place setting. Thirty-six to a case suits a counter that sets two or three per cover and cycles them through the dish pit all evening.
