Yanco FT-08 Serving Trays Plastic 15" x 10" Serving Tray With Color Handle, Black and Red — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Fifteen by ten inches puts the FT-08 at the compact end of Yanco's four handled rectangles, and it is the one a server can work one-handed down a narrow aisle. A dinner plate with a drink and a cutlery roll fits the surface; a second plate does not, which is the point of this size. It is a tray for a single cover rather than a two-cover run.

Grips are moulded into the short ends and carry the contrast colour, which makes the tray quick to pick out on a crowded pass and gives a server a defined place to hold rather than a thumb on the serving surface. At three-quarters of an inch the wall is deep enough to stop a glass rolling off a tilted tray. Twenty-four pieces to a case covers a full shift of table clearing.
