The FP-18 is the middle fry pan server, 11-1/2 by 8-1/4 inches with an 18 ounce well and a two inch wall. That extra half inch of depth over the FP-12 is what lets it hold a sauced dish — chicken in gravy, a seafood bake, migas with a layer of cheese melted over the top — without the liquid creeping to the rim.

The stub handle is part of the casting rather than a glued-on fitting, so there is no seam to trap food or to fail in the dish machine. Kitchens tend to use this width for a two-person share or a generous single entree. It carries the same American white glaze as the FP-12 and FP-24, and twelve arrive in one carton.
