Shaped like a small skillet with a stub handle, the FP-12 fry pan server carries 12 ounces across a 10-1/2 by 7-1/4 inch body. The point of the form is presentation: eggs, hash, a baked pasta portion or a shareable appetizer arrive looking as though they came out of a pan, and the handle gives the runner a cool spot to hold.

Of the three fry pan servers Yanco builds in American white, this is the single-serve one — an inch shorter than the FP-18 and half the capacity of the 24 ounce FP-24. The American white body is warm rather than stark, which flatters egg dishes and cream sauces. A dozen to a carton covers a brunch station without tying up shelf space, and the low 1-1/2 inch wall lets a spatula get under a portion without scraping the glaze.
