A five and a half inch rice bowl holding eight ounces, two and a quarter inches deep. It is the small round vessel in Denmark, meant for rice, a congee portion, soup on a child's cover, or a side of pickles set beside a main.

The walls curve up from a narrow foot rather than standing straight, so the bowl sits in the hand and pours cleanly over the lip. The speckle runs up the inside and the rim is left plain. Three dozen to a case, matched to the cup and saucer packs so a full place setting orders evenly.
