Yanco DB-4031 Diamond Black Chinaware 3" x 3" x 1-3/4" Square Sauce Dish 4 oz, Dark Bronze — Case of 48 (4 dz)

Square, three inches on a side, an inch and three-quarters deep, four ounces. Depth is what distinguishes this dish from the flat rectangular dip dish in the same series: four ounces in a small footprint means a tall column of sauce, which suits a dip meant for repeated dunking rather than a thin pool for brushing.

A square mouth also gives a spoon somewhere to rest against a corner. Use it for a chutney, a salsa, a side of yoghurt, or a single-serve dessert sauce. Forty-eight to a carton, matching the count of the small rectangle beside it.
