Yanco CR-7003 Black & Red Melamine 8-1/4" x 2-3/4" Soup Spoon, Black/Red — Case of 72 (6 dz)

At 8-1/4 inches with a 2-3/4 inch bowl, this is the long spoon for deep vessels — the one that reaches the floor of a nine-inch, forty-eight-ounce noodle bowl without a diner putting a knuckle into the broth.

A wide bowl lifts broth and noodles together in one stroke, which is the whole point of a spoon used in a soup that has to be eaten with chopsticks in the other hand. Length is what separates it from the two shorter spoons here, which run 5-1/2 and 6-1/2 inches and are meant for shallower work. Melamine throughout, so the handle stays cool and the spoon comes back from the bus tub intact. Seventy-two spoons to a case, in the pattern's black and red.
