Yanco CR-560 Black & Red Melamine 6-7/8" Bowl 22 oz, Black/Red — Case of 48 (4 dz)

A general-purpose 6-7/8 inch round at twenty-two ounces. Yanco gives it no narrower job than that, and in practice it takes whatever a kitchen needs at that volume: soup, a large rice portion, a shared dish of braised greens, or cereal on a hotel breakfast line.

On this store it sits in the soup-bowl group beside the CR-528, which matches it for width and for capacity and differs in profile. Where a service wants two bowls of one size that stay distinguishable on the pass, running both makes sense. Melamine, two-tone black and red, forty-eight to a case.
