Yanco CO-15-P Accessories Chinaware 10-3/4" x 5-1/2" x 1-1/2" Welsh Rarebit Oval Dish Super White 15 oz, Bright White — Case of 36 (3 dz)

Super white, eleven inches, fifteen ounces: the CO-15-P is the large rarebit dish in Yanco's brighter white body. The glaze is a cool white that sits comfortably with modern porcelain dinnerware, where a warmer white would look faintly cream beside it.

Geometry does the work. Eleven inches by five and three-quarters with an inch and a half of wall holds fifteen ounces in a thin layer, so a cheese top browns across the whole surface instead of in the middle alone. Oven safe, microwave safe and dishwasher safe chinaware, three dozen to a case.
