Yanco CO-15-B Accessories Chinaware 10-3/4" x 5-1/2" x 1-1/2" Welsh Rarebit Oval Dish WHITE/BROWN 15 oz, White and Brown — Case of 36 (3 dz)

The CO-15-B is the two-tone large rarebit oval, brown outside and white within, eleven inches long and holding fifteen ounces. On a dish that spends its working life under a broiler, a brown exterior is a maintenance decision: handling marks and heat staining disappear on it.

Inside, an inch and a half of depth across a five-and-three-quarter-inch width keeps the layer shallow enough to brown evenly. The size handles a shared gratin, a baked fillet, or a generous rarebit for two. Chinaware takes oven and salamander heat and commercial washing, and cases hold three dozen.
