Yanco CB-508 Cowboy Chinaware 8-1/4" x 3/4" Square Plate, Gray — Case of 24 (2 dz)

An 8-1/4 inch square plate with a shallow 3/4 inch rise, the salad and dessert size in Cowboy's squared range. Square geometry crops a plated course tighter than a round of the same span does, which helps when the kitchen wants the food to fill the frame rather than float in it.

At 8-1/4 inches on a side it sits under the ten inch line and is tableware for one cover, not a serving piece. The corners are softened rather than sharp, so it racks and stacks without chipping at the points, which is where square ware usually goes. Gray chinaware, basket-weave relief, twenty-four to the case.
