Yanco CB-415 Cowboy Chinaware 15-1/4" x 8" x 1" Rectangular Platter, Gray — Case of 12 (1 dz)

At 15-1/4 by 8 inches this is the long rectangular platter in the Cowboy range, with a one inch wall that keeps the profile low. Length like this suits a whole-fish presentation, a bread service down the centre of a table, or a six-piece tasting set laid in a single row.

It shares its eight inch width with the fourteen inch rectangle, so the two line up neatly side by side on a buffet run and read as one continuous band of gray. The chinaware body is textured edge to edge with the basket weave. A dozen in the case, and no special handling for the wash or a reheat.
