Yanco CAT-1282 Catering Melamine 16" x 16" x 5-1/2" Square Bowl 7 qt, White — Case of 6

Sixteen inches on a side holding seven quarts, this square bowl shares its footprint with the nine-and-a-half-quart bowl in the collection but stops at five inches of wall, so the food sits wide and shallow instead of banked deep.

That suits anything guests pick through: a composed salad with separate components, a fruit arrangement read from above, a spread of dressed vegetables. It also means a server can reach the far corner with tongs without leaning across the table. Expect it to take up most of the depth of a standard banquet table, so set it down before the smaller pieces are placed.
